Other Account Related Documents (used after an account is opened)
Power of Attorney Form - This document is to be completed if a third party, other than the account holder is authorized to execute trades for an account.
Referral Disclosure – This document must be completed to allow Trading Intl to provide additional products and services to the account holder.
Withdrawal of Funds Form – This document must be completed if you desire to withdraw money from your account, either in part or in its entirety.
Change of Contact Information - If at any time your contact information changes please notify FXCM by completing and signing the Change of Contact Information Form. This form must be accompanied by proof of address change, which may include government issued ID, driver’s license, utility bill, bank statement or any other official form with this new information. Please do not send an email, FXCM cannot process your new information without this form and proof of address or name change.
Margin Change - If you wish to change the margin requirement on your FXCM Trading Account, please complete and sign the Margin Change Form. Margin changes within permitted parameters will be processed within one business day. Please note that the new margin requirement will only affect positions executed AFTER the margin change.
Change of Account Type - In order to change from a regular account to a Mini Account, or a Mini Account to a regular account, you will need to complete the Change of Account Type Form. No additional paper work is necessary if the regular trading agreement has already been received.
Transfer Requests - If you have more than one account at FXCM, you can transfer funds from one account to another by completing and signing the FXCM Transfer Request Form. Please note that funds cannot be transferred from one account holder to another. Available margin must exist in the transfer amount requested in order for the request to be processed. The request will be processed within one business day of receipt.
